Tony Reyes = Rockstar! Unexpectedly I found myself needing to get a new car and I was able to make an appt with Tony the same day. He spent 4 hours with me while I test drove, picked out the perfect vehicle for myself, and worked through my paperwork. Thank you Tony and everyone at Metropolitan Ford for helping me! What started out as an emotionally taxing day, turned into a celebration as I got to drive away in my new vehicle.

The people are friendly and the service is great. If you have a real issue, as I had very recently, they actually film the problem and send it to you via email/text. It's never fun to pay for repairs, but it's nice to actually understand what you are paying for and to have proof that something needs to be done.
I was traveling up to Minneapolis from Texas when my F350 Truck had a Central brake control system failure. I called several Ford Dealerships to see if they could schedule me in for a repair, Only Metropolitan Ford said to come and get checked out, all others rejected me or put me off for several weeks!! Metropolitan Ford was very accommodating and fixed my problem the next day after getting the parts needed for the repairs! Thank you for such great service and a courtesy you showed me!!

Had a 10,000 mile Check up on my 2025 Ford Explorer platinum. Was very impressed they sent me a video of the inspection. Also, they did a recall. I was very impressed. They did not try to upsell me. Vehicle was completed on time even service writer and technician check to see that everything was OK.
Drove right up to Fast Lane for oil & filter change, and service agent met me outside and very courteously got the process going. I handed him the keys and went to the lounge for coffee, hot chocolate and nice conversation with others. This visit allowed me time to talk casually with Met Ford personnel John Gorence, and Jerry Chapman. Eric Bjorgaard was on his way to a meeting so our conversation was brief. This was a very nice visit with a fundamentally sound ford dealership. Thank you for hospitality, and getting me back on the road. See you again.

Well organized service shop. Provides a video of their car inspection to a text message, which is very informative for the consumer. The invoice bill matched the estimate when I dropped the car off. All of the work met expectations, and completed before my requested completion time.

Fast and courteous service for oil change & tire rotation
Came at 7:45am to have a tire repaired, oil changed, weather door gasket improved on our Edge. It was so Buzy when I got there, I figured this would take awhile. Glad I scheduled an appointment. I was out of there in less than a hour and a half. All items addressed and we are very pleased with the work done.

The pricing is a little higher than some other shops I have taken my vehicles to. However, the service and reliability of Metropolitan Ford has been great for me. I traditionally work with Jes in service and he is very good at his job and honest.

We made appointment for oil change on line. Very easy. Went very smoothly and didn’t take too long. Waited at the dealership and it was a pleasant experience.
They do a great job. DONAVON was very nice and professional. Hourly rate is slightly higher than other dealerships. I have had my car serviced here for a decade as they are reliable and responsive.
A crackerjack team—very attentive and on top of their game.

I hit the express lane for an oil change at 7:40am. 10 minutes after they opened. I had said you can have it all day, but they had it finished within 2.5 hours. I recently had my Ford C-Max serviced. They picked up and dropped off my car (so I didn't have to miss work), provided video of the work and inspection the technician performed, and sent timely updates throughout the day! Metropolitan Ford of Eden Prairie knocked it out of the park! Thanks!
