The vehicle that was sold to me by Ray was NOT a 5 star as he told me it was. I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia. We had an oil change and routine service scheduled. They were able to pick up my vehicle from my house and also did a recall update on some technology that was outstanding! We had our vehicle back in time for pickup with the kiddos.

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Expedition platinum a few weeks ago, and it was a great process despite not getting a lot for my trade-in. However, I have noticed my tires have bad wear patterns on them, and 1 tire is bald on the inside. The battery stopped starting the car on cold days and was only tested at half of the rated CCA and is 5 years old. Extremely impressed with John and the service team at Metro Ford. Two other metro dealerships (Freeway and Apple) were dismissive of my wifeās new, under warranty, Bronco. They told us it would be several weeks before they could look at her car which was dead in our garage. John arranged to have it picked up, evaluated, and dropped back off the same day.
